BAR is the largest established and recognised Trade Association for removal companies. All members must meet strict standards and are inspected on regular basis to ensure that their facilities, equiptment and expertise remain at the highest level.
ISO9001 Registered Firm
Reflecting our pledge to customer service, Smart Removals has obtained the ISO9001 quality standards certificate. We aim to achieve 100% satisfaction rating from our customers at all times. In order to ensure that this target is achieved, we undertake regular customer satisfaction surveys.
In fact only 700 removal companies in the whole of the UK can claim to be a member.

Members of the National Guild of Removers and Stores (NGRS)
As part of our membership to NGRS we are listed on the Register of Approved Removers and Storers (R.O.A.R.S). As part of this accreditation we undergo a stringent annual inspection as required by the Ombudsman which is carried out by R.O.A.R.S.
A large percentage of revenue is generated by repeat business and recommendations which reflects our client care policy.
